Jeff Werner joined Team GE as an alternate in 2010 having worked up the ranks in Category 3 as an Escape Velocity rider. Jeff returns from a 9-year hiatus, having raced as a junior and espior for the BC Provincial team in the 1990s. Notable races included competing in the Tour l’Abitibi and the Tour de Beauce.
