David joined Team GE for the 2011 race reason, having proven himself the year before moving quickly up the ranks of Category 4 and Category 3 races. David comes to cycling as a former U23 Rowing World Champion (Lightweight Pair) and two-time World Indoor Rowing Champion (Collegiate Lightweight).
