Update June 6, 2011, 17:20 Stephens had a ripping time and was 4th after the prologue TT. Then moved to 3rd overall after the first stage RR. Second TT came down a bit, to 10th GC. There’s a 5km water-front time trial and the Bastion Square criterium in Victoria this weekend. GE is sending Howard, Werner, Rothengatter, Stephens and Deardon over on the ferry to contest the races. Just finished the Stage I Time Trial here at 2011 Enumclaw, WA. Fast 10k course, with one small kick of a hill and the rest flat or even slightly downhill.
